IRUNNERS is a group of runners and running enthusiasts lead by a management team with a strong background in event coordination and fundraising. With a focus on building and managing road race events combined with our experience and technical knowledge, IRUNNERS has the solution for your event. IRUNNERS’s team has extensive experience working in the technology sector, and we use this experience to make managing an event an easier, faster process through online marketing and electronic mail campaigns, in addition to more conventional methods.

Terry Ehrman, CEO
Terry Ehrman took on the role of CEO of IRUNNERS in 2001. As co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of several successful businesses in Silicon Valley including Enhanced Optical Systems and Critical Connections, Terry has taken several companies from being a start-up to a profitable establishment.

After receiving his MBA in Finance at the University of California in Berkeley, Terry’s work took him from management positions at large corporations like Memorex to start-ups such as Compuapps. Terry was also the former CFO of Acceleron, a highly successful leader in smart technology including the Personal Tracking Monitor, a device used for providing speed, distance, location, and other useful information for runners.

Terry began running while he was still an undergraduate at the University of California in Berkeley during the 1970’s, when the sport became popular. Although he is not a competitive runner, Terry has been involved in the sport of running for several decades and considers it his passion. This, coupled with Terry’s high tech background has been a crucial part of IRUNNERS’s success.

Terry’s ability to build from the ground up has been highly effective at IRUNNERS, where each event is approached as a new business whose needs include careful planning and proper execution.
